Should you wish to return the product(s)  the customer will assume the return postage  and CranberryCrandale will reimbuse the cost of the product(s)  only. 

Return policy:   Return the product to us, postage paid,  and your money for the product will be refunded promptly. 
However, we would appreciate you advising us of any dissatisfaction before you return the product. 
In the nine years of Crandale Inc. -  never once has my sister had product returned  -  and most often, the customer orders more!
